My son received a speeding ticket back in November of 2023 in Emanuel County and although we paid the fine, we had overlooked the fact that it was a classified as a “super speeder” offense. This created issues for my son, but Charles Cullen was able to unwind this conviction eight months later. Charles worked with the local officials and completed the change in just a few weeks!

Charles Cullen handled our son’s case with sensitivity to his mental health challenges and the unique circumstances under which he was first arrested.

Due to the backlog of cases in Fulton County, we endured over two long years of waiting and worrying following his initial arrest in February of 2022 until the matter was successfully negotiated in October of 2024. This was a stressful period for our son who has mental health issues which made a difficult time even harder for him to endure.

Mr. Cullen always extended himself graciously and with professionalism to us and our son. He always kept us informed of the status of negotiations and answered all our communications promptly. We never had to wait to hear from him or to respond to our inquiries, which would have been even more stress-inducing. With his help, we navigated this very upsetting matter to a reasonably good conclusion.

Mr. Cullen has empathy for individuals who deal with mental health challenges; those whose personal problems sometimes lead to confrontations with the legal system. He understands the ins and outs of trying to get the best possible deal for clients when aspects of the case are attributable to an individual’s ongoing struggles with severe psychiatric issues.

Under these special circumstances, we are pleased with the ultimate outcome of our son’s case and the fact that Mr. Cullen was able to ensure that no permanent criminal record will remain following a compliant probationary period. All in all, this appears to be a fair conclusion to a very regrettable incident which might have otherwise completely destroyed our son’s life.
